Nourished Beginnings

Birth Debrief

$100 | 90 minutes.

Was your birth traumatizing? Did you experience loss? Did you experience a beautiful, ecstatic birth and can’t wait to share it with someone who truly understands? Are you in need of someone to listen to you?

In this session I will spend time deeply listening to your birth story and postpartum experience and find ways you can move forward in your bliss or begin to heal.

Innate Postpartum Care

Planning for the Fourth Trimester Course

4 hours for pregnant women & couples in person.

Offering group rates for multiple women/families planning to take this course at the same time.

When a mother is supported, held and honored during this time there leaves no room for postpartum depression - which is rooted in isolation. When we go back to our roots and support new mothers in the ways they require we change the narrative and shift the cultural norm for our families and within our communities.

During this session you and your support team (up to 3 attendees) will learn the ways mothers NEED to be supported rooted in cross-cultural postpartum traditions versus the ways society lacks in supporting new mothers (whether this be your first or tenth baby).

You will learn

How to support the basic physiological requirements of a newly postpartum mother through the 5 essentials of postpartum healing, which includes an extended resting period, body work, nourishing foods, warming therapies, and community support.

It is highly recommended that you bring at least one person who will be supporting you in the postpartum time as new mothers should not be having to educate everyone in order to help accommodate her needs.

This class is for you if you’re ready to make preparations for the postpartum care that you need and deserve.

Light refreshments will be provided.

  • INNATE Postpartum Care Planning for the Fourth Trimester Course. I’ll teach you and your support team everything you’ll need to know about preparing and caring for this sacred time.

  • In-home support during the first month of your postpartum period. I’ll make weekly visits to support you by providing breakfast, lunch, a snack and herbal infusions such as teas or cacao elixirs. All care is fine tuned to meet the specific individualized needs of each mama and family.

  • Access to my list of local care providers for additional support.

  • Unlimited phone and text support as you venture through you last four weeks of pregnancy and first forty days postpartum.

I’m available to craft custom packages to suite your needs.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: I work with women and families willing to learn the physiologic needs of mother-baby during this extremely important time by utilizing the tools I teach to incorporate them in the first forty days. That being said I will not work with any mother or family who believes in the crying it out method or any form of infant abandonment. This type of service is not for you if you are considering forms of sleep training that involve any period of allowing the baby to cry alone within the time we work together.

“It brings tears to my eyes

to know that I have the privilege to support new mothers in achieving this as well. It would be my honor to support you in healing what you have lost and to celebrate this right of passage alongside you!”
